Effect of Sorghum Consumption on Health Outcomes: A Systematic Review

Sorghum has widely been used across the world as a human food for many years, but in America, the whole grain is just beginning to become popular. This systematic review evaluates the health effects associated with the consumption of sorghum. The study concluded that sorghum may have attributes superior to comparable grains.
