Spring Menu: Fresh Veggies and Sorghum


As spring makes its refreshing appearance each year, a bounty of fresh vegetables arrives at local farmers markets, in grocery stores and maybe even in your garden at home. The cool crunch of an array of fresh vegetables pairs delightfully with the toothsome texture of whole grain sorghum. Salads, appetizers and main entrees, the possibilities are endless!
