  1. Pop the sorghum grain using an air popper or in a stainless steel pan with just a little oil.
  2. In a sauce pan, melt the butter and the marshmallows until completely melted. Add the popped sorghum grains, the pecans and the dried cranberries.
  3. Using a buttered spatula, evenly press the mixture into a 13x9x2 inch pan, let cool and cut into 2 inch squares.
