Sorghum Frying Pan Pizza

5.6 oz Sorghum flour mix
4.6 oz water
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Dash of pepper
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 avocado
2 slices of bacon
6 mini tomatoes
2 mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  1. Add olive oil, salt and pepper into sorghum mix flour
  2. Add water, blend dough mixture
  3. Divide dough into four pieces, stretch dough on an greased, unheated frying pan
  4. Brown the crust on one side and turn. Spread 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce on each crust.
  5. Top each pizza with sliced onion, avocado, beacon, mini tomato and mushrooms
  6. Add shredded mozzarella cheese to finish and top with basil leaves
  7. Place on grill on medium heat about 2 minutes or until cooked
  8. Top with basil and ready to serve
